I am in the same boat as the other person. I just converted my UE to
the squeezebox OS, and I like the Squeezebox OS better, but there are
some things I cant figure out. I added the podcast app and it appears
to come with 2 preloaded rss feeds which point to podcast alley.
neither of them work
Did you install the podcast app from the app gallery (you do this at
mysqueezebox.com). And then, at mysqueezebox.com, you add the URL for
any podcasts you want. RSS should work. mine are all in that format.for
example,
http://www.sciencefriday.com/audio/scifriaudio.xml
yes, I have the podcast app running. I added feeds in both the app, and
in favorites. Feeds like this
http://joeroganexp.joerogan.libsynpro.com/rss
http://feeds.feedburner.com/dancarlin/history?format=xml
and they are not connecting on the radio. They seem to work fine on my
pc tho.

and once entered, on the radio menu, go to my apps, choose podcasts,
then scroll to the podcast you want, select it, and it should show you
recent episodes.

don't add to favorites. Add as a podcast URL in the podcasts app on
mysqueezebox.com as I note
it must be the syntax of the feeds because I just got it to work by
finding a feed to the same show in a different place.

odd because I simply copied and pasted your original dan carlin podcast
feed. but, importantly, a podcast feed won't necessarily work as a
FAVORITE link.

Even better, go to mysqueezebox.com, app gallery, add the Podcast app.
Then add the URL/RSS feed for your podcasts on the web interface for the
podcast app at
