I assume your Radio is connecting to MySB and playing fine, just that
it is not showing up under your MySB web UI
Got it working again. Did a factory reset and when the radio bounced it
asked if I wanted to link it to the previous account or a new one. I
selected a new account, signed in and now all is good. Thank you.

I created a mysqueezebox.com account and booted up the radio for the
first time. It asked me to download some new firmware, which I did then
when it came back up I logged into my new mysqueezebox.com account. The
problem is from the website I cannot remote control the device or
assign apps to it

I think that if your radio is connected to mysqueezebox.com you can't
see it initially in SB server. (Is that what you meant?)
If you switch the radio to My Music and to some of your tracks, then SB
server should see it fine. If it doesn't then it could be an IP

radio from www.mysqueezebox.com, not a locally install server. I have
logged into my radio using my mysqueezebox.com log information.

Hi - my bad - you're trying to use the remote control at
www.mysqueezebox.com?
You click the 'power' button in the remote control first and then the
SB devices should show up in the drop down. For me, they don't until I
click the power button.
Does that do anything on yours?

No, clicking the power doesn't do anything. Additionally when I click on
'Player' the website says I do not have a player on my account. Maybe I
need to re-login from the player somehow? How would I go about doing
that?

I would reboot the radio (hold down the power key until it switches off,
then switch on). I would also log out of mysqueezebox.com then log back
in using your password, to be sure you remembered or keyed it in OK.
Then I'd try again. If it doesn't work, I'd go to 'reset factory
settings' on the

SB Radio Hard Reset =
- power off Radio
- press hold + button
- power ON Radio
- continue holding + till you see Factory Settings Restored
- wait till Radio completely reboots on its own
BUT
App settings are loaded from my SB.com so might seem to be remembered.
