I have an old Squeezebox boombox and Squeezebox radio which I've not
used in a few years
I took it out today and plugged both in
I can get the boombox to work. It switches on. I can connect to wifi.
Music plays. Everything is ok
However the Squeezebox radio comes back soon after bootup with a Sys

Do you have a "universal" remote? I believe the squeezeboxes work
against a JVC CD remote... might be worth a try!

Have you tried
Settings / Advanced/Factory test/Keypad
If all keys work (and you need all to work to get out of the test) then
I think it is the mysb.com problem as the symptoms were similar to what
I experienced early Dec.

It sounds like it's probably a defective unit. Call or email Logitech
support.

I just bought a Squeezebox Radio and turned it on for the first time
today. It began with the initial setup steps and after it connected
successfully to my wireless network, it said there was a firmware update
