I'd leave the router firewall ON as long as it is not interfering with
anything (they usually do not).

Hi - It looks like I fixed it by creating a custom firewall policy for
my Motorola gateway router. This was for the TCP ports 3483 and 9000.

So it's pretty cool now.

- Go to mysb.com and delete your SB Radio from your account
- Stop your local SbS on your PC
- (optional) turn off your PC
- Factory reset SB Radio (Settings - Advanced - Restore Factory

When I try that it doesn't connect and just scrolls "connect to my

But when I looked under Diagnostics it says TCP Port 9000 can't
connect, TCP Port 3483 can't connect. It also gives the IP address of
my squeezebox.com and says Ping OK.
So I guess the problem is with my Motorol
Use your radio and go to settings-advanced-networking-connect to
mysqueezebox.com
this should get you on mysqueezebox.com and you don't need computer to
run your radio.
