Received my SB today and entered my password at least 6 times and no
luck.
I tried the same with my passphrase with no luck.
Converted both to hex and no luck either.
I have a Netgear WNR3500L (it's an 'n' router, SSID Broadcast is
enabled, it's WPA2-PSK (AES).

Radio > Settings > Advanced > Networking > Choose a Network
I'd suggest temporarily turning off your password and encryption, see
if it connects and functions correctly. Then add each back in
separately.
Some things to check:
- make certain you are connecting to your network with a unique SSID
I just kept at it entering the info and doing hard resets and it finally
accepted it. Don't know why as I changed nothing. Maybe the processor
needed a few hot/cold cycleswho knows. The radio has been on for
