Spoke with a Logitech rep today. They are sending me a prepaid return
label--I'm to return the defective unit directly to Logitech, and
they'll ship me a new one. It's better than returning it to Amazon and
waiting until they have more in stock. The reps I've spoken too thus
far have been
It's a good suggestion, and I've thought about the possibility of the
problem just being the power supply, but unfortunately, I don't have a
meter (and I don't know anyone who has one I could borrow).
