You can give it any name you want, as long as it has an extension of
.map, and it will show up under that name in the user interface.

I expect the SB Radio remote looks exactly the same as it did when you
asked the same question two weeks ago. None of the SB remotes have a
mute button -- most users use pause instead. If the Ky in your
location is Kentucky, then the Boom remote is available at the Logitech
US online store for
