Sorry for the delay, I can imagine it would be frustrating.
Q: How hard is it to return a form?
A: In an almost-paperless office, very hard.
I've finally coordinated the borrowing of printer, paper, pen, fax (failed to
send) and eventually scanner. It's a difficult thing to fit into a busy work
PDF form version of form I made (Cloud App is dead ATM):
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/404666/med_consent_adult_form.pdf
Then:
Use Skim App to sign with mouse: http://skim-app.sourceforge.net/
Use RightSignature to sign w/ mouse
Paste PDF into Word & overlay an image of your signature
Cheers to Leon

The other problem we have is that there's no guarantee that everyone on that
list is watching @railscamp_au, RORO or this list.
Perhaps, if anyone knows folk on the list below who may not have responded, we
should nudge them, gently?

Keith,
You should totally fill in the forms on behalf of all those that
haven't returned it. Give them all a made-up and embarrassing
condition, like severe adult-onset bed wetting or something. Or beer
allergies. Whatever.
Muah hah hah hah!

With respect, Mike, is it really that difficult? There have already been a
couple of helpful suggestions on the railscamp list about to how to complete
the form without the need to print, scan or fax.
Keith
P.S. Is there any way I can help you return your form, Mike?

Fellow Rails Campers (and onlookers),
OK, the gloves are off!!!
Today on twitter I asked, in reference to the recalcitrant stragglers who have
paid for and hope to attend Rails Camp 9 but have so far failed to comply with
repeated requests to return the Medical and Consent Form, "should they be

It is, totally. I stayed there for a few days in 2007. It'll be
perfect for RC.
Congrats on securing it.

Nice job...

Fellow Railscampers,
Those of you who were present at Rails Camp 8 in Perth may remember my
announcement late on Sunday about Rails Camp 9. I can now confirm that we have
paid the deposit and secured the venue!

There's a couple of nice places around Newcastle or Nelson Bay that could be
worth considering, too.

As the anticipation grows for Rails Camp 8, a few of us in NSW have put our
hands up to organise Rails Camp 9. Given that the inaugural New Zealand Rails
Camp is being held in March, we're aiming for June.
A couple of potential areas within which to find a suitable venue have been
