IntelliJ does have CVS, SVN and via plugin also FTP support.. there are numerous plugins availble who are able to do all kind of things.I haven't figured it all out but from my knowledge this IDE can do that.

IntelliJ has accepted my Project for their opensource program and it totally rocks. It does support anonymous functions and classes without any problems. I can only recommend this editor. It comes with wonderful code completion (even xml) and alot more aiming to get stuff done fast. Thanks for this
