EVALUATOR Period of contract at maximum of 25 working days The main responsibility of the evaluator is to conduct evaluation of Oxfam GB Programme activities under Maluku programme. Responsibilities include producing report of findings of evaluation and providing recommendations for future and improvement of programme. Key Competencies · Relevant knowledge and a minimum of 5 years experience in the participatory evaluation process in the sustainable livelihood programme activities. · Understanding of the context of advocacy and sustainable livelihood issues in Indonesia · Familiar with community grassroots organizations and movements as well as community- based advocacy and coastal resources. · Have a strong understanding and analytical skill on gender · Excellent Indonesian oral and writing skills.
