Error 102 is "Missing Action"; i.e. the server parsed the query but didn't find an ``a=foo'' in the list. I'm going to have to defer to Vipul on this one, bu looking at the output below, it looks as though the razor-agents package is hitting agony (216.52.3.2) which is a discovery server instead
