[RBASE-L] - IT update and problem

Last week the IT company we use for our servers and computer security did updates and a server reboot. In fact they have done a number of reboots in the last couple of weeks. After they did these on Friday of last week I was no longer able to have direct access to the RBASE explorer and instead
