You might also recommend that your client: (1) open the Win10 Settings> Windows Update & Security page. (2) Within the "Upgrade to Windows 11 is ready-and it's free!" blurb, click the "Check device specifications" link This will gets them to the Microsoft web page dealing with upgrade issues
