Hi Greg, FWIW I have R:Base 2000 6.5 1.842 RT03 running on Win 11 with compatibility setting for XP SP3. It also ran on W10. There's a later patch 1.866 which I seem not have installed - cannot remember why not. It runs well apart from very occasional crashes

Hi folks, my laptop running Win7 and R:base 2000 ver 6.5 recently died after a stellar 20 year run. My new laptop runs Win10 and ver 6.5 doesn't seem to want to run on it. My computer guy has set up Win7 in a virtual machine but the performance is haphazard. Questions for you: Can anything be done
