If you're in the bay area check out Narain's Outdoor Sewing and Fabric
in Berkeley. They do good solid work and I've even had them turn down
a job they didn't think they could do right. (Which is a good
thing.) They can seem a little expensive. But it's good to support
the American workers and

You say the zipper broke. Do you mean the slider? Are the teeth still
in good shape? Replacing sliders is easy. I'd suggest the book, "the

seems like something one could replace (preferably with a metal one)
but I'm not really sure how to go about it. I don't think I can do it
myself, I assume one needs a sewing machine. So any suggestions?

Anyone selling a 62 cm Rambouillet? I can put you in touch with a

This is all very interesting. I have bad fork shudder on one of my
bikes (with Shimano BR-R550's). I bought one of those fork mount
cable hangers a while ago because I changed headsets and wasn't sure
if the hanger would fit. I'm going to try the fork mount hanger and
see if it solves the probl
Hello all,
I'm loving this Rear Campee rack with removable pannier supports. I've
been using bungies to secure small items to the top for my commutes
with pannier supports removed to keep the bike light and tidy. I would
like to get a small trunk bag but Riv's smallest SackVille recommends
will let you know how practical after I get mine and try it for a week
or so.

Chris,
I had a fork shudder issue on my Atlantis. I my case it was a set of
brakes that had no toe adjustment (other than bending something) and
had a lot of clearance between the cantilever post on the fork and the
bushings in the brakes (loose fit on the studs).
The lack of proper toe adjustm
