I just switched from the MKS Touring Pedals to the MKS Grip Kings on my
Quickbeam. They arrived yesterday but as I was off to movies I didn't get a
chance to give them a workout till today.
Last night I opened them up to see if they had sufficient grease. My touring
pedals did not as I've discusse
Looks like a really good recipe and your muffin maker has quite a
sense of humor. I'll have to see if my muffin err. maker is willing
to provide me with similar nourishment. From what I've read elsewhere
it was a rainy but beautiful ride.

I did SF to LA (Cerritos) (in 2005?) after a Rivendell Weekend. It
was one of my most memorable bicycle trips
As I rode through Long Beach I had my only mechanical event of the
trip...a rack bolt came loose.

Congrads on your ride! I did the first AIDS ride in the 90's and had a
great ride.
Put the word out and we can get a Rivy riders group to participate in
the future.
