Folks,
Thanks for all of your interest. It¹s great to be able to do so much
trading on this list without having to go to e-bay.
With that said, all of the remaining stuff plus a little more is now on

We don't see many wool Plus Two/Plus Fours or Breeks down here in the
land of sun... Although, a trip to 4th Avenue (our most Hippy Avenue)
might find someone in full proper CTC regalia from the 1950's
(probably purchased from a used clothing store on the Avenue)!

Has anyone purchased the Carbonomas fork? And if so, what's your experience
with it? How do you like it? And can you post some photos of it on your
rig?
The RBW site has various photos of the prototype, but I'm curious to see
what the final product looks like and to hear what users think of it

I have a Sam on the way, and am strongly considering trying to set up
the davinci splitters so that I would be able to swap between Noodles

canti brakes.
I have heard varying reports on how difficult this is, and am

When doing bars, you would only really need to do the small bit of
area that is showing between the bar tape. Maybe 60mm or so, so that
makes it easier...

It's probably more socially acceptable to wear knickers on the left

Down here in So Cal everybody wears lycra except the fixie kids. I
wear knickers anyway but prefer a narrower shape. Some knickers are
just too baggy. Always o
One more point I should clarify in my instructions: when you dip the

rinse the first time, if you have scrubby brush you can scrub the part

I doubt that short (30minute) dips would do anything bad. I have never
had a problem with pitting even after an hour soaking in draino gel.
While I have never done handlebars, I have done chainrings, brake
levers, cranksets and frames, etc..never had a problem. I wouldn't
hesitate doing a handl

At GB lb 110 for each pair of plus fours -- that's $183/pr is dollars.
You can get something as useful if not as elegant by simply cutting a
nice pair of wool trousers -- not flannel; good twill, say-- off,
hemming it and installing velcro straps. Or, a tailor can taper and
put a band with buttons
It is where it leaned against the bike rack at work. Kept the paint
better.
