longer bolt w/ a nylock!

You can try chasing the threads with a M5x0.8 tap but you may need to
repair it with a helicoil insert, like:

It sounds scary but it's not that hard.

I've got a Sigma Rox 9.1. I learned from another posting somewhere on this
group about it. It apparently is on several Sigma bike computers, but
their documentation is so... impenetrable, that it is hard to figure out
what a lot of the functions are, and what you might want to use them for!

JackBrown 33.33s. The zip-ties give optimal clearance, I don't think I had
room for a fork crown fender daruma. The other tied points were the rear
plastic tabs that the fender rods slip into, I zipped 'em to the rack tabs

i only have two bikes to maintain. But I always have zip-ties on hand. -- BH

My last zip-tie fender fix has lasted five years (avg 2,500 mi/yr). It just
gave way two days ago, taking the chewed-up nasty end of the fender with it.
Today I'm shortening the fender, moving everything down, drilling new holes and
re-zipping it. I lose maybe an inch of fender protection, and t

I did this conversion on a 1984 Trek 620 and have absolutely loved it. I
always loved the way the bike rode but wanted more tire clearance. Mine is
set up as a travel bike with S&S couplers and pari-moto tires. It is
responsive, comfortable, and just plane fun to ride. The '84 has the exact
