My comparison won't be exact, but maybe it can help you think about it. I was
in range but on the taller end of a Clem H and it ended up being to cramped
with Choco-Moose and Albatross bars..it *definitely* wouldn't have worked with
Boscos.

The medium ones have the little loop-like thing right above the bottom
attachment point. If you look on the riv site you can compare the two and
you'll see the difference.

As others have said, it is generally *not* a good idea to drill out a frame
and especially not a fork blade. If you are creative and patient, you can
probably find ways to route the cable that do not involve drilling.

It's the bigger one, the 54 that has the slacker 72 STA.
The smaller one, the 52, has a steeper 72.5 STA
Maybe that's why you have it flipped?

I agree with your methodology. I'm a little confused on the 5mm
"adjustment" for the STA difference (72 on 52 and 72,5 on the 54).
If the 52cm/72deg TSA shifts it's FC forward, wouldn't the 5mm be ADDED to
the 52 FC to get the 54 FC, i.e
54cm FC = 59.0 + 1.5 (TTL delta) + 0.5 (STA delta
How about transparent helicopter tape? You can buy it off Fleabay and it
provides a very clean laydown of the wire.
