Bob: That 165 mm dimension is correct. No way to get to 180 mm. The Duo is meant to straddle the fork leg and thru bolt at a mid fork eyelet. Others may have done it but I don't think it will work with a P-clamp. One option would be to add another pair of eyelets at the 165 mm distance,
