Just posted this on Craigslist. I grabbed it off of CL for $1500 last week hoping it would fit my buddy who's been looking for the perfect bike for a while. I thought this was it, but it was a little too big. Hoping to find a good home for her. Not in a hurry to sell, hoping somebody is

Rivendell did state that the 2020 had more clearance. Mine is the 1st generation but will still fit 38mm tires. I meant that I need to instal the tire deflated to get it past the brake shoes even with the caliper open. Also, some orange frames from the 1st batch apparently had the brake bridge

I believe the clearance depends on your model year. My Roadini is from the 2020 batch and I can easily fit 38 Shikoros without deflating. I had Jack Browns on there for a short time but will not be going back to them on this bike. Bones On Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 10:11:39 PM UTC-4 Jeff B

Using the Ideal Tire Pressure spreadsheet (based upon the chart linked from the RH website) and assuming 30 lb bike for a total of 410 lb and 45%/55% front rear weight distribution - it comes up with 47 psi front / 57 psi rear for 55mm wide and 48 psi front / 58 psi rear for 54mm wide. The

Chris, Here's what I've noticed but first a little background. I have run Compass tires 42mm but have yet to run Rene Herse tires. I do have Panaracer Gravelkings in 48mm. I believe Rene Herse uses the Panaracer manufacturing to make their tires. I think that's what I have read but hey maybe
