Forgot to mention the cassette spec is 10spd 11-30t, so 11/40 high and
30/24 low. High enough for me, plenty low for a mostly unloaded sled.
22.3lbs as is, with several spec subs that would get it into the 21lb+
range. Could go more modern and down in the 20s, but I like the older
school look.

I started using a Capri 31000 torque wrench (Amazon, ~$40) when I started
seriously working with bottom brackets, free hubs, and freewheels. For 4
years it has worked perfectly.
For almost everything else, I use the “one grunt or two grunts” hand method.

Hi,
That type of torque wrench requires calibration to know if it is reading
correctly.
An accurate and repeatable torque wrench will cost 10x as much. What you have
is no better than using a plain ratchet.
