Hey Patrick, Yes, tubeless for goat heads. I’ve done sealant in tubes before, but find better results with actual tubeless rims and tires. I have never had a flat I couldn’t quickly fix on tubeless set up but have been stranded with sealant in tubes. Though this was with OrangeSeal Endurance
