Houston/Tony/whomever else to get this going. This Saturday the 17th is
now clear from rain as Dorothy has mentioned, with March 2nd showing rain
(yes, quite far out for a forecast, but nevertheless, 5 days is much more
accurate). Shall
if the trade falls through let me know - would love to add this to my

Indeed, Joe. We’re 3 times RAGBRAI finishers and it has to be included in
all discussions of greatest cycling experiences ever. Just nothing like it.
So many delightfully crazy happy folks on every kind of bicycle

Thanks Mike. I'm always a "how are the bearings and true" question guy so
I figured I'd help with that!

Oh wonderful! Is your wife a RivSister? If so, she’d be the first I’ve ever ridden with since we moved to Michigan. I’m staying in a hotel, but you guys feel free to get some coffee at my room if you like!Sent from my iPhoneOn Feb 13, 2024, at 1:56 PM, Leif Eckstrom wrote:That's great, Leah! I'm
Cool, looks like you did a great job on it. Did you follow a pattern? I
made a stem bag using the bikepacking.com pattern – went well. Been
contemplating the next project...

That's great, Leah!
I'm planning to camp. My wife will be riding for the first time and
camping, too.
I had a blast last year and fell in with a group that quickly became
friends along the way. You and anyone else from this list would be most
welcome to ride with us.
Best,

Leif, I just might have to do it! Are you planning to camp or sleep in a hotel? Are you riding alone? If there was a group of us Riv Riders that wanted to ride together I think it would be great. LeahOn Feb 13, 2024, at 1:17 PM, Leif Eckstrom wrote:Leah, Marc, Pam, et. al.,I'm loving the thought
Leah, Marc, Pam, et. al.,

on Le Tour De Shore this June.
Registration is now open--with about 6 early-registration priced tickets
left as of this morning, Tuesday, Feb 13.

What is the overall elevation gain in that race? about 6800 feet. My

Wow Toshi, congrats on what seems like a fantastic ride! Well done!
The pace and spirit of it sounded so fun.
When you wrote “rice bars” I mistakenly pictured freeze dried, mealy mouth
cakes, but these are some onigiri type wonders.
Can’t wait to try them out.

My sister lives in the same building as David Byrne in Manhattan. I've
seen his bikes stored in the basement. He definitely rides them.

Looks like the rain forecast for LA and Glendale has moved out a few days.
I would prefer Feb 17th as I know my son can make that day. March 16th
would definitely be a no go - I will have family in town from the UK.
