Hey JS.
If it were me, I would just wait until you have the Losco bar. Then you
can just position it on top of your current setup and it should be pretty
easy to figure out the stem extension that puts the shifters where you want
them...

And here's what has to be the most unconventional build of the bunch -- a
Clem with a Superpedestrian self-contained electric rear wheel -- which
worked for less than a year. Now repurposed as a conventional 7 speed
derailleur bike.
