John B -
I've got two sets of the aero tech design Urban Pedal Pushers.
Large.
Inseam measures ~ 16.5in or so.
When riding I guess my knee is not completely covered - but they don't ride
up above my knees. I got like a 35in inseam or so.
I'm debating to try the Rivendell baggies. Kinda pr
two cents worth from the internets - so you know what it's really worth

I'd like to get one with a NITTO Mark's rack - so my RoadUno can go as odd

In the old OP, there's a "quiet as cotton". Since the aero tech stuff is
probably not that. But so far the most budget conscience I've found.
These are not as breathable as I like, so I consider them fine for chilly
fall and spring weather. And pret

had greased that binder bolt, but didn't think/know to do that. The paste
helped, but eventually a cheap(er) Kalloy UNO worked better. I think it
still had slight grooves from the machining processes.
Cheers!

hi Igor - my AnaPurple RoadUno rolled into Sic Transit a week ago - but I
got a 58cm. So no joy for a size appropriate test ride.
hopefully someone will chime in soon.

Hi Dan - no, I did not grease the binder bolt when I built up the bike.
Rivendell's instructions even called that out - grease the binder bolt.
I'll do that today and give it a go. (i'll probably try to replace the
bolt, as i probably went beyond the elastic stretch of the bolt)
plate NITTO that's level to earth. What would that
be, like a 72° stem? I guess?
Cheers.

hi Bill
I see you're using a NITTO S83 seatpost.
Any issues with the post slipping? Or do you 'feel' you're cranking on the
seat binder bolt much more than the Rivendell recommended 10N-m ?
I'm asking as my stock-build Kalloy post slips. I don't know the amount of
torque I'm applying to the se

Looking forward to pics of your new bike when you've got it ready.
I'm still trying to get used to the length of the head t
get a Rivendell. Finally.
apologies if I've hijacked the thread!

Not sure if I need a BB swap to go to the 3 ring circus... crankset. I
think I got a few BB rolling around the parts bin.
Hopefully photos tomorrow!

I'm expecting fun - as soon as UPS gets it to me I missed the delivery
