The Specialized 40th Anniversary Allez frameset was nice, but very pricey
at $4000 for the frameset. It was designed by Mark DiNucci, but made by
Toyo, so good stuff. Only 74 were made.
Interesting, if you really want one, DiNucci still has the lugs, including
the cool x-wing chainstay bridge,
I agree with Joe that it should be a "limited model." If Riv wants to make
a 25th Anniversary edition, it should be something like the Legolas since
that seems to be one of the rarest models ever made. Good Luck!
