Shout out to John at Columbine. Late May I ordered two chain hangars. When
the hangars didn't show after two weeks or so I e-mailed Columbine.
Apparently my order went into a spam folder. Just received not two but

It's a chain rest. I've had chain rests, though much simpler in design,
added to my customs, though much higher on the stay because the frames are
designed for single cogs. Very helpful when removing the wheel on sandy
verges.
