As a related question... anyone have a measurement of the length of useable
upper rail for the HAR? Between the stops/tabs and/or hoop? I have a
pair of Jeff Potter's OYB Retro Panniers I briefly used on a Surly front
rack but wondering if the hooks would fit the spacing of the HAR. I've

What fits on these? Besides Sackvilles, of course..those are long gone and so
shall the racks be soon. I'm thinking about grabbing a pair mostly 'cause I
think they look cool, but the extra capacity on a shopping run would be nice,
too. I'm not wedded to canvas-and-leather, basic black Ortliebs
