Thinking of joining you. I particularly like the ride slow, eat well part. Are you the type to want to ride until dusk and then stealth camp? As part of my eat well strategy, I like to settle into camp by four-ish so as to leave plenty of time for the beer-drinking, food-eating part of the day. O
