I did a randonneuse conversion on a 1984 Trek 770. I had kept the mid 80's
vintage Cinelli bar and stem, but I'm spoiled by the flat tops of the
Noodles, so I switched it out to a Noodle and Nitto stem, which also allowed
me to get the decaleur and handlebar bag on there. It did great on my ride
to work this morning.

Anyway, now I have a Cinelli 1R stem for sale. It's a 10.5cm, and it has a
couple cosmetic flaws, but it would be fine for a retro rider. It's got the
slick Aluminum wedge bolt in perfect shape. I also have a fairly hard to
find Cinelli 66-42 handlebar. Too many bikes in the 80's came with 38cm or
40cm width. The 42's and wider are really hard to find. The sleeve area
looks great. Anyhow, if you are interested, let me know and I'll send
photos. They'll go on eBay otherwise. I'm thinking $25 shipped for the
stem, and $40 shipped for the bars.
