We've had several run ins with commenting on this same seller's antics and
he has yet to change his stripes. It must be working for him. I don't
know if it's possible to put sellers on ignore on eBay but I'd like to if
it were possible.

put his/her home on the market for ten times the typical price, it wouldn’t
budge prices for the other homes one bit … until it sells
