I had to go to a 126mm wide BB so the René Herse crankset could clear the Atlantis chainstays. With the Sugino crankset I had before, the BB was a 110-113, I think. I forgot to measure it. Regarding the rub you're getting, perhaps you need to tweak the position/rotation of the FD slightly? I was h

I couldn't get any of my doubles to work with the triple crankset. The cage wouldn't extend outwards far enough. Only the Sun XCD worked and has the flat cages. René On Friday, August 19, 2016, Tim Gavin wrote: > I've had good success with old-style double FDs in various installations. > I tend

The issue being requested is that the derailleur has flat cages and is silver. All the Shimano triples have the shapes in the cages for the Shimano crankset combo. On Thursday, August 18, 2016, Hunter Ellis wrote: > Boulder Cycles has a great Deore LX triple for $20. There's a little black > on

Yes. I just installed one on my Atlantis with the triple René Herse crankset that doesn't work with the regular triples. You can find as many as you need in the online Soma Fabrications shop. It's the Sun XCD front derailleur, all silver, works with 8, 9 or 10 speed beautifully but it's braze-on,
