3M makes a double-sided outdoor tape (black) that’s a better choice than the
white stuff you typically find. My local Ace Hardware sells it. Comes in two
strengths—both a super sticky and weatherproof.

Be careful on that headtube paint though.
Once I used wd40, goof off, and other chemical things to remove sticker goo
from the wife's bike and one of them seemed to take the finish off the paint.

Rather than pry it off, saw some dental floss between the badge and
headtube.That'll cut through the adhesive. Clean the whole thing up
with your adhesive cleaner of choice (wd-40, simple green, ect)
I'd recommend some kind of thin foam double sided tape.
