My '99 LongLow (built for sidepull brakes) was built by Joe Stark. But I

I believe anything officially labeled a LongLow is Waterford. When the full
customs started, there was no longer a need for model names because it was
whatever you asked for (within reason).

IIRC, the early(er) LLs were mostly canti brake as there weren't any new
production, dual pivot type calipers available back then. I suppose this is
a Waterford build?
