Amazon’s app for my PC is a bit wonky and never lets me download digital music I have purchased. I use their web link to the music I have bought from them to download any files I need. I am a physical media nerd so most of my music I rip from cd’s. The Amazon Music phone app always lets me downl

Hi Patrick -- For this and any other release I'd recommend seeking out the record label and getting the music directly from them, especially when seeking stuff outside of the mainstream on smaller labels. In this case the label is Acoustic Disc / Acoustic Oasis. They released the original CDs.
