I have the Kojacks 26x2.0" on my Atlantis and they are actually 44mm wide on 22.5mm rims. I have the Compass 26x1.75 on an XO-3 and they measure 43mm on 20mm rims. The Compass tires feel noticeably faster to me but it might be the bike not the tires. Maybe the X0-3 planes? Both bikes have drops

I love Schwalbes, but they're pricey. If you like slicks, Kojaks are awesome. I have em and really like em... I do miss having some bit of tread (like the Big Apples). My favorite cheapo tire is the Grand Tycoon brick tread (they run closer to 2.2 in), but they're supple, grippy, they last, a

I love the Compass tires on my other bikes, but I haven't tried the 26 x 1.75" ones. I wish they were 2" or bigger. For now, I really like the ride of these cheap tires on my Schwinn KOM, ITS DJ Mk2, only $18 a tire.

I've had good results on 26" with both Compass 1.75" and Big Ben 2.15". The Compass is speedy and nimble, while still good for mixed-terrain use; the Big Ben takes a little longer to get up to speed, but rolls over the damnedest things without complaint. I run the Compass on a Surly Trucker DeL
