hey it's eprey so anything goes I suppose. Maybe Riv has a secret time
machine and retro-planted some Atlantis frames ? Maybe we'll see a 19

I think you mean threaded. It's an open-face threaded stem, which - as I think
you were addressing - is unusual.

Mine came with neither kickstand plate nor any fork eyelets (other than
fender). It's now got hourglass for a little Nitto rack & mid-fork thru eyelets
for low rider rack. Also kickstand plate. Not hard to get done.

Yours would only be mythical if it was produced in 1992 (as the Pro's

I concur with Jeff. In my experience, The Pro's Closet has all the good
qualities you'd want from a professional eBay seller, at the price premium
you would expect to pay a professional. The other thing I like about them
is that they appear to stock alot of things I'm interested in seeing, so
i have one (that a few people here had before me) that has pointy lugs and
a sub 100 serial number. i didn't realize it was mythical. i think id trade
mythical for a kickstand plate and some mid-fork mounts.

Seems like a lot of their listings are on the somewhat pricier side.
That being said, their descriptions are excellent, their communication is
terrific, and they ship fast.
If I need something specific, in a given condition, and I don't want any
surprises upon arrival, I'm happy to pay that m

Everyday I see people selling great bicycles. It makes me think whether in
a society that we consume too much if we sell our belongings. I am not
against selling of items that are no longer used but it is interesting that
people sell bicycle here alot.

Yes, that *would *be mythical.
The pointy lugs indicate it's from the first batch of 100, delivered to Riv
in the Fall of 2000.

It's the extremely rare, some would say mythical, 1992 model, according to
