As a multiple-Rivendell owner over the years, I've never owned an
Atlantis, even though it's the Riv frame that is closest to my wants/
needs. My reasoning is simple...I'm not cool enough to ride an
Atlantis, and deep dow
I'm going with Mitch on this one. I used to secretly yearn to be hip
but found myself on the trailing edge of whatever is cool, so I just
gave it up as yet another unattainable goal. And now I find my choice

I see a fair amount of Rivs around town. I was heading out on my Hilsen
yesterday and passed a women riding a Bleriot with Albatross bars. A great
bike. I feel like I see a fair amount of Rivs around town. I also feel like
I'm seeing more

I hear there is a really active Rivendell dealer in the Twin Cities;
that may account some for the popular

I'd almost be willing to bet that the majority of the Rivendell bikes in
the Twin Cities were not sold by Jim at Hiawatha. At the book signing,
there were a good half dozen Rivendell bikes I've not seen in person
before.
