Still tweaking the angles. I had to raise the front to clear the rack
mount. Seems to work just fine, but I'm at the limit of the straddle
wire. I may pull up the rear a bit as the front seem to feel bett

Marty,
This is a beautiful bicycle; the Bombadil wasn't really doing it for
me until I saw yours!
How well do the front brakes work? The cantilever angle looks
different from the rear.

Brass may be a future possibility, but I really like these Zeppelins.
The "ribs" make them nice and stiff, and they installed very easily.
The rack in front was serendipity; I had a few old racks laying
around, none of which fit the rear to my liking. I knew I wanted a
black rack to go with the co
Very nice Marty. Well done. I kind of wanted to see brass fenders on
a built bike, but must admint the Zepplins work real well with your
black Bomb. The custom made bracket for the front rack is a real nice
touch.

The ride is surprisingly nimble, and the weight is not much different
than a comparable single TT frame with similar equipment. This is one
smooth bike! Not sure about the fender/tire mix other than what I've
done, (this is a 60cm/700c frame size) but I do plan to use drop bars
in the future.
