You might also want to try Rivet saddles. They're extremely comfortable, prettier (in my opinion) than Brooks, and customer service is fanatically helpful. Kevin On Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 7:35:57 AM UTC-4, Jay in Tel Aviv wrote: > > Unhelpful response to my request for a rivet to repl

When I had a problem with an 'unregistered' brooks saddle I went through rivendell for warranty. They took care of everything and just swapped me out a new one. Also if you're into fun with colors there are crivets - https://www.ridecrivets.com/ - I just got some that I'm going to swap out on

I had a C17 that developed a tear along the side. Brooks did question me on where/when/who I got the saddle from at first. I couldn't recall if it was mail order or LBS, but stated "it is important to know where and when you purchased your saddle in order to understand if it is still under wa

How long did you have the saddle and do you still have the receipt? If it is within the two years, you may be able to convince them to repair the saddle since it would be within warranty. On Wed, Sep 13, 2017 at 11:20 AM, Ron Mc wrote: > I don't own saddle I have registered on the Brooks websit
