I had a tension bolt crack on my B17 back in 2011 and Brooks covered it under warranty for me. They directed me to contact Hanford Cycles in Philadelphia, who expediently replaced the bolt. The contact info I have from the warranty claim email had the email address as hanfordcyc...@gmail.com

Hi Sean, I'm just a home mechanic, and I've done it. It really wasn't that hard. I replaced the entire leather top with some saddle leather that I cut and shaped and it's worked out really well. I put it together with brass screws and nuts and honestly it's worked great for 6 months like

I've had a rail breaknot sure if it was the Campy one-bolt seatpost or what...but luckily not when I was riding it. Anyway Wallingford Bicyle parts in New Orleans used to offer Brooks sadlle repair and Bill Laine who did them is still the owner...so maybe you could email him. Also
