Long story short, I don't think so. A bolt on derailleur hanger won't work. The hanger is designed with a tang that slips into a horizontal dropout so it won't rotate. If it's designed to bolt directly to a hanger, note that the derailleur "stop" is in a different location for older Huret models. J.P. I'm guessing that you have a bike with vertical dropouts that was made for the Campy/SunTour/Shimano style derailleurs? Peter Weigle is an expert on old Duopars, you might contact him for verification.
