Thanks Ray for this and the link; I read the content through again. That means that, if the 59 is the best size for my uses -- need to get my brother to help me measure PBH after all these years -- I could use my leftover ultralight 60 mm 700C Big Ones under fenders on a Clem. One problem solved.
