Your setup doesn't look like the bike is too small. As long as it feels fine, it's fine. I'd think on a 56 Hilsen/Saluki that you'd be running a slightly shorter periscope stem (unless you wanted to extend the reach slightly), but it'd still be high because it looks like you prefer your bars that
