Oh. I hadn't even thought about it. I've never owned a bike that had downtube shifter mounts. The downtube cable stops people use on bikes with downtube shifter mounts like the Atlantis (as opposed to brazed-on cable stops like the Hillborne) must not be slotted like the brazed-on cable stops
