A few came sniffing but, the (bent) Nitto Campee front pannier rack is

YES, the low-rider pannier panels are included, and are in perfectly
unharmed condition. This is the 650B / 26"-wheel version of the rack,
with the straight-tang/forward eyelet mounting.

The fork in the pictures is a Kogswell "konversion" (1" threadless
version of the P/R) fork, which I removed the canti-bosses on and
Mafac Raids added. You can see that I used the short Nitto struts
(available @RBW) to mount to the mid-fork braze-ons. With the slotted
tab-mounts, the rack should be able to mate with a variety of forks.
