Thanks Manny. We did fine. We probably could have used some insect
repellent, but whatever. The rain didn't start until after we'd broken
camp, so that was fortunate. We did the bacon-wrapped sausage dinner, so
you were with us in spirit.
Rules #5, #9, and #10 were in effect. The
Patrick has it right. Dehydrated water is the way to go. Instant water is
great, too.
Dont worry about unscrupulous sellers, though.
If it takes more than 16 oz. of water to rehydrate a 16 oz. packet, then you
know you have been ripped off.

Great idea - have fun on your trip. I just got back from 6 wonderful days

Easy solution for the water dilemma: dehydrated water. Just be sure not to
purchase from an unscrupulous supplier. They just sell air.
