It's amazing what commonality we can all find in the riding experiences you
illustrate, be it the 10°F flat, the terrain on fixed or the healing
potential
Your c_o_l_d bike adventures really inspire, me, Patrick. I cannot imagine
trying to get my fingers to work in 10 deg weather. As a fly fisherman I
can relate to trying to do intricate things with fingers that might as well
be owned by something/someone else.

Indeed. Loads of honking. Yesterday’s ride included honking up steep bits with
a tail wind that I usually have to LCG for a few hundred yards in my high gear.
Honking good time. Grin.
