I’ve got an earlier 650b Homer (Toyo) so YMMV, but I believe the clearances should be similar to your Waterford 700c . My Homer was a RBW build with Fatty Rumpkins and SKS P45 fenders and the clearance is really tight. I’m having to constantly adjust the fenders to keep them from from rubbin
